Opening of the Sheahan Bridge at Gundagai today!

It was great to be outside this morning photographing the opening of the new duplication of the Sheahan Bridge on the Hume Highway at Gundagai. In attendance were the likes of Anthony Albanese MP (Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government), Kay Hull MP (Member for Riverina), Mick Vietch MLC (Deputy Government Whip), Len Tozer (Mayor of Gundagai) and numerous representatives of the local Gundagai community along with RTA and the bridge contractor.

A man by the name of Barry Herring guided me up 'Goat Hill' to capture this panoramic shot of both bridges going over the mighty ('not so mighty at the moment') Murrumbidgee River.

NSW/ACT Regional Achievement & Community Awards Launch.

I had the great honour to photograph the launch of the NSW/ACT Regional Achievement and Community Awards held this morning at the Wagga Wagga City Council chambers. The function was well-attended by local & regional business leaders & political leaders. Entertainment was provided by the choir from Blessed Mary MacKillop College, the local Wagga Wagga Ballet and a young woman (sorry I can't remember her name) who performed with the voice of an angel. The event was capably MC'd by non other than local news presenter Doug Hogan of Prime TV.

So, get your nominations in and be in the running for some great prizes!

Web Gallery for Lake Albert ELC

Hello Parents,

All this week I have been photographing the children at Lake Albert ELC. Due to some parents concerns of privacy the links to the gallery on both my official website and this blog have been removed. The gallery still exists and should you require access to preview images, please speak to Belinda at Lake Albert ELC or contact me direct.

By the way, the children's photographs look great!

Thanks,
Brock
